The former NPP Member of Parliament for the Asene-Manso-Akroso constituency in the Eastern Region, Hon. Yaw Owusu Boateng, has said that the issue facing Ghana is that everyone, without exception, is corrupt.
He said, “Everyone is corrupt, from gutter cleaners to the presidency,” in an exclusive interview with reporter Nana Akua Adepa of Ahenkan FM.
He says that Ghana has now become a protocol nation.
He finds it extremely regrettable that many of the most talented graduates are unable to find employment due to a lack of role models or godfathers.
Finally, he counseled youngsters to take advantage of every chance they receive to learn—whether it be through formal education or preparation for an apprenticeship—because the path Ghana is taking is extremely risky.
