Vendors of fried yam and chofi in the Suhum municipality, have staged protests against the Ghana Police Service and the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) for preventing them from resuming their business.
They were vehemently grumbling.
Some of them claim that they have been selling Chofis for approximately 45 years and are unable to quit.
They claim that this is all they do to care for their family and children.
They are pleading with Nana Addo, the administration, to intervene on their behalf, or else they will perish.
